Jayda turned 9 months old today! It's so hard to believe that our little girl is growing up so fast. We love watching her personality develop day by day.
She has the biggest goofy smile & loves to give us kisses ;-) She's even been caught on a few occasions giving kisses to the boys at school! I know; we're in BIG trouble! She's super active & it's a little exhausting to keep up with her, but she crawls, cruises, pulls up & of course falls sometimes too. She's a tough girl though & rarely cries. She's obsessed with Nole right now (our 3 yr old 80 lb. chocolate lab)! She pulls up on him, lays on him, pulls his hair & plays with his toys. He does get a little annoyed with her but just walks away. He's SO gentle!
As you can tell from her cheeks & thighs, Jayda loves mealtime! She'll eat just about anything, but fruits & veggies are her favs. We started her on a sippy cup & pieces of food. It's a mess but fun to watch her feed herself! The biggest news is that in the last few days her 1st tooth finally started to break through! It's about time! We could tell she's been in pain for a while now putting toys in her mouth & waking up at night. Poor thing. For the most part, she is a great sleeper (like her Mommy!). We usually put her to bed around 9 & she sleeps until 8 with 2 decent naps during the day. Hopefully that will continue!
